Sekejapnya... dah nak abis raya.. macam tak meriah sangat raya tahun ni, tak sempat nak jumpa ramai orang..
busy sangat prepare nak exam, kuih pun tak sempat nak buat.. buat cincai2 je... hehehe
cian Akif kena sakat time raya... sakat-sakat raya ni, klik pada gambar untuk mendapat 'feel' hasil sakatan..

This is one of the most enjoyable merdeka celebration i had though it had to be celebrated during class, AGW609. Interesting as we had a very interesting course facilitator.. and good food.. hehehehe..

The Annual Dinner
|
|
Held on 4th August 2007 at the Matahari Ballroom, Equatorial Hotel Penang to celebrate the 5 years service awards of its' employees and the company's Annual Dinner.
A great get together.. and nice to see everybody dressing up for the occasion..

Here's the recipe I got from Carneyz's. Macam tak susah je, so.. here goes.. Jom kita buat Egg Tart.. copied from www.juniadix.net
Bahan-bahan ( 30 keping )
• PASTRY
• 200g butter
• 80g gula aising
• 360g superfine flour
• 1biji telur
• 1/2 sudu kecil esen vanila
• FILLING :
• 1 cawan susu cair
• 4 biji telur
• 1 cawan gula
• 1 cawan air
• 1 sudu besar tepung kastard
• 1/2 sudu kecil esen vanila
• pewarna kuning
Cara-cara
1. Pukul butter dan gula sampai kembang.
2. Masukkan telur sedikit demi sedikit.
3. Masukkan tepung sampai jadi doh.
4. Ratakan setebal 1/2 cm dan terap dalam acuan.
5. Cucuk dengan garfu supaya tidak kembung. Dan bakar selama 10min pada suhu 180.
6. Keluarkan dan masukkan filling. Bakar lagi 10 min.
7. Untuk filling. Campurkan semua bahan dan gaul hingga sebati.

This is another after event pix. It took place on 18th Apr 2007. Free lunch it was... yippeeee!!! And Derek was a great get together makan place. We had so much fun.. Thanks to our new boss.. and congrats... he's promoted to a managerial post, hence the lunch treat
